DUMPLINGS & GYOZA OBSESSION !

Oh yeah !!!

I cant eat with chop-sticks. Its like someone who cant ride a bike, well can never get the hang of it. Me I cant seem to get the hang of chopsticks. How do you think I felt in Japan I was jabbing at my food.

Hutong (3 pics bottom row) is one of my favourite Dumpling houses its hard to get in though. You have to be really quick to even get a booking, how many times have I rocked up and been told sorry we are booked out.

I found another one on the weekend as well but its my secrete they do really good chive pancakes as well.

I may reveal it in another entry. I need to try it once more cause these kinda places can vary in quality.

I will tell you that you can watch them make the dumplings and there is no waiting time, service was OK and the dumplings are Davine.

Victoria street Richmond (top 3 pics) is also good for Yum Cha/Dumplings most of the time. Its little Vietnam so you can choose from anywhere and its so cheap. I do like Mihn Mihn though ....among loadsa other ones too

am I preaching to the converted (well if your one of my mates anyway)...

KASABIAN

The crowd were really into it and Kasabian were awesome. I got to talking to an English girl after, and she said she had seen them play live 9 times and the gig last night was by far the best shes ever seen of theirs. Ok !!!! I was thinking yeah I always say that after a gig too, but even I have to admit this was outstanding. The last time I did the same thing (hang out to meet a band) was more than 10 years ago for RADIOHEAD... OK COMPUTER tour, at the same venue, and then I met them again randomly walking the streets of Melbourne. (I met them randomly first.. and Thom remembered me !!!! after the gig when I met them again) ....Serg is soooo Tall then again I am sooooo short.... gosh his handsome I have a crush on him ... Tom was fun and I liked that he said "you right love" and I got 2 kisses I met them all and they were all lovely to all there fans ....

Last Year I met the Artic Monkeys again randomly at a Bar but I aint posting that pic ....
